Where is blockbusters corporate office




















As a loyal customer in fort worth since day one, I'm displeased with the hiring practices of blockbuster. This is plain and simply raciest. Maybe blockbuster will want only Spanish speaking customers for now on. I'm contacting local and state agency about this raciest hiring practice. I was charged for 2 movies that i returned last month.

After moving I accidently packed a blockbuster movie they charged me 23 dollars for the movie and when I called to pay it off, I get horrible customer service with employess that dont even.

Let alone how to look up an account! And when trying to reach blockbuster HQ their phone number is disconnected! What kind of "business" is this,?! Hey all you BB employee's send your application to Netflix! They have great benefits and just opened a new customer service office in California.

The best thing ever is they are in the USA not outsourced to the Philippines. When they answer the phone and say "I understand" they really do understand. BB Corporate must be so proud.

My family and I have been trading with the blockbuster store here in North Ogden. We have been mostly happy with them until today July 10, We went into the store to rent some movies, and we found that we had a couple of movies that was late being returned.

We thought that it might have our granddaughter that had rented the movies, this has before, and we always came home and checked with her to make sure. Either way the charges always get paid, either by my wife or by the granddaughter. The gal that was on duty says that we could not rent another movie until the charges were paid.

The guy that was there also was no help at all. Don't you give any training to your help before sending them out. Its no laughing matter, and one day I hope you understand how rude it is to make jokes about it. Most jobs have quotas. If you cant make them, you cant keep your job. I have met mine every week since I started.

Also, when you pay credit or debit, YOU authorize us to charge your late fees to your card. Maybe you should read things better and understand what youre doing before you hit YES. Also, all the boxes charge the exact same late fees. How do you return your movies on time to them, but cant bring ours back in 3 daya.

Blockbuster has changed their prices and rental days many times to accomidate nagging customers. You have 3 days to watch a movie thats minutes long, and you still cant seem to return it before midnight I love my job. Yes, blockbuster probably wont be open much longer, but I have enjoyed my job for about 2 years, and worked for 2 years at another store in high school. Its fun, theres good perks, i love my boss, and my fellow employees are my best friends.

I just wish people would stop complaining and realize that sometimea things arent made just for YOU. There are other people in the world. These bastards have raped my bank account numerous times. So I cancelled my account and told them to stick it. Well because my girlfriend uses my card they screw me Lates fees costing nsf's In being a customer of Blockbuster for so many years, I have never had any issues with paying late fees if I know I'm late when rented a movie.

While looking at my account today I notice I was charged for movies I had never rented! I am on my parents account and have used my debit card to rent movies before, when calling the Blockbuster that charged me the manager was so rude and started yelling at me that if my card was last used on the account that they can withdrawl from my card account even though I am not the primary account holder.

My parents had used cash the last time they rented so when they were a day late returning, Blockbuster used my debit card account to debit the late fees.

This is burglary!! Blockbuster has lost another customer!! Unauthorized transactions are wrong and if they need money that bad they need to provide a better way of servicing their customers!

For you dumbasses that seem think you have a class action suit because your card was charged for late fees "without your knowledge," maybe you should have read the application form, hm?

On a different note, glad the company is going down. You made poor business decisions and expected your employees to make these magic quotas you gave to us. No one wants to pay for a membership for a company that's going down. AND did you really need to change the rental prices every few months? Your poor treatment of your employees did nothing but kill your company's morale.

After your restructure, consider being more fair to your employees and customers. I would just like to say that Blockbuster has created it's own current position. Not only do they have External problems, they also have many Internal ones. They have created their own issues and must now deal with them.

It may not be NOW, but it will make it's way back to you. Those must be held accountable and made responsible for their actions. They must realize what and how they do things Affects : someone or something, somehow and somewhere. Their entire business model is totally based on Greed, Control, and money, money, money. I will pray for them to wake up and smell the coffee. There time is up BLockbuster is a complete fraudulant company. From that point on I have had unauthorized charges from Blockbuster to my account.

I have disputed them each time with Bank Of America. Blockbuster is opening BOGUS accounts in my name and continues to charge me each month despite numerous attempts to close these fraudulant accounts and end the charges. You people are con artists and I feel the only way to get you out of my account is to close all my accounts at my banks, all credit cards and hide my money in the closet. It's ridiculous that these types of measures need to be taken to keep your sticky fingers out of accounts when you are not authorized.

You have a colection system based on phone numbers! When a deadbeat gives a bad phone number what else your automated phone system does not allow a victim who has not ever done business with you to talk to a live person! Please correct this automatic system. Now that is what customer service is about!

Way to go blockbuster!!!!!! First after waiting inline for 10 mins because one of the employees wanted to "chit chat" with a friend and didnt even notice i was standing right in front of him i was harrassed about having ID but never had a problem before. With this rude employee he's says I can not rent any movie until this balance of 12 dollars is paid. You would think in todays soiciety you would appreciate a good and commit customer.

We felt complaetely disrespected by the way he spoke to us. His whole mannerism was completely unprofessional and we will never be back to rent again. This was an unauthorized debit from my account and I'm furious that my credit card information was somewho "kept on file".

Luckily I have several friends who are attorneys that can give me direction on what I can do I don't care how much it costs me they can't keep getting away with this poor business practice! I was quite upset to find out that now we are charged for 3 day rental fee for a movie that I used toe able to return in one day and for less money.

Now it costs me the same as if I returned it late. When asked why, I was told that it was a "market test" and it was favorable to change. This went for new releases as well, I was forced to pay more even though less than a year from my membership date for a full 5 day fee instead of early return bonus! You have poor business planning and misrepresent yourself to often with in the last two years.

For who? Surely not the consumer. I was irritated enough that I no longer was told that I had a "free rental coming" but now required to hold onto a receipt before I can have the rental even though your computer indicates my membership allowance. If I pay for a membership, then why should I ruffle for a very, very, long receipt to prove it when you know I'm eligible.

You guys are showing desperation don't you think? I just got told I am having money taken from my bank acct in 7 days if i dont pay for a movie that i brought back on time. I spoke to Carol the manager at se federal highway,stuart,fl and she told me it should have been back at 10 pm instead.

Nobody ever told me this that the movie had to be back at a sooner time. I have been a member at the Lincoln Park Blockbuster for 15yrs. I had my debit card stolen last month, so I cancelled it and got a new one. I gave the new info to Blockbuster, but they tried to bill the old card and now I'm stuck with all of these charges.. Time to cancel my membership!!!!!! Its no wonder they have so many stores closing. Ive rented movies from blockbuster for 13 years.

But its time to stop.. I rent movies every week and return movies every week. There claiming I didn't return a movie and they want to charge me for the movie now.

I don't have your stupid movie I can go to redbox two blocks from my house. I don't need you blockbuster. No movie again this week,made a trip to redbox where you can always get a current movie.

I have movies that are now 6 months old and still can't get them. I think they have more customers then dvd in stock. Just about ready to dump them and go with redbox or comcast on demand, what a joke they have become.

I cannot believe that a national corporation such as blockbuster would just jack up their rates on their movie pass and also add a video game pass onto an account without asking the customer if they would like the pass in the first place!!! Absolutely disgusted! I was being charged an extra 11 dollars a month on my bank account, and nobody called to see of this was ok??!! I will never shop at blockbuster again. Go to Netflix or family video people, unless you want to give away your money.
